Rating for Bus stops in Denmark

A lot has been written about Danish bus traffic. But the bus stop, which most people have used at one time or another, has so far been an overlooked aspect. We are trying to remedy this with this book.
Inspired by the books about the brutal bus stops in the former Soviet Union, here is a book that deals with the bus stops, bus stop shelters and shelters that are located in the Danish
landscape.
With its more than 300 illustrations, the book takes the reader around to most parts of the Kingdom of Denmark.
From Fanø to Bornholm and from Skagen to Kruså. It also takes a look north to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
It provides a snapshot and describes the design, versatility and diversity of bus stops, bus stop shelters and shelters in Denmark. From the simple grass verge to the enclosed - and perhaps heated - waiting room.
In addition to the social necessity of bus stops, the book also describes the great Danish design culture, where several great designers have contributed with ideas about how bus stops, bus shelters and shelters fit into the landscape – or stand out. Designers/architects such as Poul Cadovius, Steen Østergaard, Børge T. Lorentzen, Knud Holscher and Ove Rix have all made their contributions to waiting facilities.
