Märklin 24720 Slim Double Cross Track, Length 236.1 mm

The Märklin turnout combines robustness, secure electrical connections and a prototypical 
appearance. The C-track system can be expanded as desired and even combined with old track systems 
using special transition tracks. The ideal track system for beginners and professionals.

Length 236.1 mm. Crossing angle 12.1°. With built-in electric drive 74491. With manual gear lever. 
For the ends of the double crossing turnout, 4 tracks 24071 are required (not included in 24720). 2 
matching embankment wedges are included. Switch lantern 74477 and digital decoder 74467 can be 
retrofitted. Märklin H0 system: The combination of Märklin track systems with each other is possible 
at any time thanks to transition tracks. The functionally reliable center conductor operation and 
the common ground on the two tracks are always maintained and thus enable beautiful route layouts 
without complicated circuits (e.g. for turn loops and track triangles). Perfect connection: The 
mechanical and electrical connection between two C-tracks is not visible from the outside. This 
makes the track appear to be made of a single strand, just like the original. Special rail 
connectors are not required. Invisible strength: Thanks to this stable click connection on the 
underside of the track, the geometry of the track can be maintained precisely without having to 
screw the tracks in. This means that they can be set up and dismantled again quickly at any time. 
Everywhere! Multifunctional space: The wall body (the underside of the track) offers plenty of space 
for installing electric contact drives or decoders, laying cables and much more. All of this is 
completely invisible from the outside.
