High quality lacquer based paint with a chemical formula superior to other brands on the market. Flows smoothly in an airbrush; adheres to the surface and dries perfectly with a soft finish. Holds all types of weather products. Can be thinned with RC701 / RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints. Used for painting vehicles and other equipment of the German army in the so-called second tropical order (Tropen 2) intended for use in Africa and Crete from March 1942 to February 1943. According to army regulations, RAL 7027 was to cover 1/3 of the vehicle surface in the form of irregular spots with soft edges, while the rest was painted in RAL 8020. Both the photographic and documentary evidence confirm that vehicles painted in tropical colors also found use on the Eastern Front.
