Prototype: Union Pacific Railroad (UP) type ES44AC heavy diesel-electric freight locomotive. Yellow livery. Road number 7912. Current operating condition.

Model: With digital decoder and extensive sound and light functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion with centrally mounted flywheel. Two axles in each bogie are driven via cardan shafts. Traction tires. Directional headlights consisting of four lamps at the front and two side-by-side lamps at the rear of the locomotive. Headlights operate conventionally and can be switched off digitally in pairs. Cab lighting, road number plates, high beams, and flashing headlights are digitally switchable. Lighting with maintenance-free warm white LEDs. Factory-installed smoke generator with dynamic smoke emission, digitally switchable. Many separately applied details. For operation with claw couplers, the NEM coupler pocket can be secured using the included clamps. A snowplow with a smaller front cutout, brake hoses, and two clamps for the NEM coupler pocket are included. Length over couplers approx. 27 cm.
