Trix 22929 Electric locomotive class 103, ep V

Prototype: Class 103 electric locomotive of the German Federal Railroad (DB). Version with "short" 
cab, single-arm pantographs, and buffer fairings. Orient red livery. Road number 103 144-2. 
Operating condition from 1989 onwards.

Model: With digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion 
with centrally mounted flywheel. Two axles in each bogie are driven via cardan shafts. Traction 
tires. Directional triple headlights and two red marker lights operate conventionally and can be 
digitally controlled. Headlights on locomotive ends 1 and 2 can be switched off separately. Cab 
lighting changes with the direction of travel, and engine room lighting can be digitally controlled. 
Lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs. Pantographs can be raised and lowered 
digitally. Movable driver figure in both cabs can be digitally controlled. Separately applied 
weathering details, grab rails, windshield wipers, UIC sockets, and roof lines. Buffer height 
according to NEM standards. Lightly weathered running condition. Brake lines, steps, and screw 
couplings are included as separately attachable parts. Length over buffers approx. 22.4 cm.
