exclusively from ROCOLO The locomotives from the Rem 476 series are also appearing increasingly in 
the new Coop design. Rem 476 457 "Aargau" has been in operation since spring 2025 and is visually 
adapted to the three Euro 9000 trains used by railCare. Step by step, all seven Vectrons in the 
fleet will be converted from the former white appearance to the Coop design. With seven Vectrons, 
three Euro 9000s and additional leased locomotives, railCare operates a Switzerland-wide freight 
S-Bahn network. This ensures fast, reliable and cost-effective transport between the regional 
distribution centers (hubs). The hubs are the key interfaces between road and rail. With horizontal 
handling, the swap body is loaded efficiently between bogie and rail. In 2024, railCare handled a 
total of 308,492 transhipments at its ten locations. The company uses its own facilities in 
industrial areas with railway tracks as well as existing open loading stations for the 
infrastructure operators.
