Special new product in 2025: With the PIKO starter set based on the DB AG BR 218 diesel locomotive, 
children from 8 years of age can easily immerse themselves in the world of model railways. The set 
was specially developed for young railway fans and, thanks to its robust design and exciting train 
layout, provides hours of fun. The powerful BR 218 diesel locomotive has lighting that automatically 
changes direction – just like its larger counterpart. The set includes two open Eaos freight cars 
decorated with colorful graffiti. The highlight: The colorful designs have a luminescent effect that 
makes the cars shine even in the dark. A complete oval track by PIKO. A track with ballast is 
included for immediate play (floor area approx. 110 × 88 cm, minimum installation area 120 × 98 cm). 
The analog control included in the set makes operation particularly easy: unpack, assemble, start.
