Piko 52522 Diesel locomotive BR 245 DB AG VI DC analogue

Variant of BR 245 of DB AG in epoch VI in the design of NAH. PHM. With the model of class 245, PIKO accounts for all changes to the series' locomotives in the number and design of roof and side fans compared to the prototype vehicles and reproduces them faithfully. The model impresses with its accurate painting and printing, etched metal ventilation grilles, sharply engraved, reality-to-model bogies, and many mounted freestanding parts, such as the front handlebars. The heavy die-cast zinc frame and the engine with two large, precisely balanced inertias ensure excellent handling characteristics and high traction forces. The cab light and front and rear lights, which operate depending on the direction of travel, can be digitally switched with a PluX22 decoder. The model features a print with a PluX22 interface and is prepared for uncomplicated retrofitting with a sound decoder and a large speaker.
