three-light headlights convinces with the excellent successful realization of the prototype 
proportions and comes with a wealth of additional parts, including many fine lines, wind deflectors, 
bell, whistle, covers on the water tanks, generator, steps to the buffer plank, ladders, handrails, 
heating pipes and sand pipes. The fine spoked wheels, the filigree steering and the detailed cab 
interior also make the locomotive an eye-catcher on the layout. The PIKO BR 83.10 is also 
technically up to date and has cab lighting. The locomotive is also equipped with cab lighting, 
running gear lighting, LED headlights and the option of equipping the locomotive with a smoke unit. 
The powerful engine in combination with 2 installed traction tires provides sufficient traction for 
all prototype train compositions. Installing a digital decoder and retrofitting with sound is 
possible without any problems. The center conductor versions of the model are equipped with mfx®-
compatible digital decoders ex works. In addition, the sound locomotives already have a smoke set ex 
works. Brake hoses, train hooks and long protective tubes are included with the model
