Prototype: 3-seater track inspector's railcar KLV 04 "closed". Production of these vehicles in 
various versions began in the 1940s as the successor to the KLV 01. The KLV 04 was available as the 
C3 type (with relatively large storage space) with a fixed body and with a folding top, i.e., as a 
convertible. Due to the limited durability of the folding top, some of these were later converted to 
a fixed body. The KLV 04 was equipped with a 2-cylinder, 2-stroke engine and often fitted with a 10-
liter gasoline tank.

Model: Track inspector's railcar KLV 04. Metal body. Many separately applied details. Authentic 
paintwork and printing. Interior details. Non-motorized, but rolls.
