Prototype: Heavy-duty diesel-electric freight locomotive, General Electric ES44AC type, operated by 
Norfolk Southern (NS). Basic color scheme: deep black. Road number 8127. Current operational state.

Model: Equipped with an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound and light functions. Centrally 
mounted controlled high-performance drive with a flywheel. Two axles in each bogie driven via cardan 
shafts. Traction tires. Direction-dependent headlights consisting of four lights at the front and 
rear of the locomotive. Headlights operate in conventional mode and can be switched digitally in 
pairs. Cab lighting, number board lighting, high beams, and a flashing headlight function can be 
switched digitally. Lighting provided by maintenance-free warm-white LEDs. Includes a buffer storage 
capacitor. Standard smoke generator with dynamic smoke output, digitally switchable. Many separately 
applied details. For operation with knuckle couplers, the NEM pocket can be fixed in place using the 
included mounting brackets. A pilot with a smaller cutout for the front, brake hoses, and two 
mounting brackets for the NEM pocket are included. Length over couplers approx. 27 cm.
