Prototype: Freight train for the autumn beet campaign on the Verkehrsbetriebe Grafschaft Hoyas (VGH)
route from Syke via Bruchhausen-Vilsen and Hoya to Eystrup, pulled by V 36 005 (ex. DB 236 237-4),
as it was classic in the 1980s. The VGH was considered a V 36 paradise, as this transport company
had at least 8 machines of this type in its fleet. For almost 35 years, the V 36 was the backbone of
the VGH operation. Since 1998, the V 36 005 has belonged to the German Railway Association based in
Bruchhausen-Vilsen, an Insider Club partner, and is kept in operation for special trips. The nice
thing about it is that she never had to leave her last workplace and never had to make her last
appearance from her time as a scheduled employee at the VGH. Even today, the authenticity of a V 36
can be experienced in museum surroundings on a private railway. The beet train fleet consists of
three open freight cars of the type Eo 17. The cars were taken over empty by the VGH at the DB
transfer stations in Syke and Eystrup with the rod diesel locomotives that were originally built for
the German Wehrmacht and returned loaded to the DB.

Model: Locomotive with bell armature motor, mainly made of metal. Headlights with warm white/red
LEDs that change with the direction of travel. All cars are printed according to the original. Car
equipped with load "beets". All vehicles in special versions are not available individually. Length
over buffers approx. 174 mm. The scope of delivery includes a "beet loading" kit, carefully lasered
from architectural cardboard. Dimensions of the finished model L 42 mm x W 32 mm x H 45 mm.
