Prototype: Railbus sidecar with class 998.0 service car of the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB). Purple-red original color. Sidecar with number 998 042-6. Operating condition in the early 1970s.

Model: Sidecar suitable for railbus set 38980, which consists of a motor car and a steering car. Kinematically controlled drawbar brackets with fixed coupling at both ends. A live drawbar is included. Car interior with clear view. Interior. Interior lighting with maintenance-free warm white LEDs (LEDs). The power supply for the interior lighting is via the active coupling drawbar from the towing vehicle. Length over buffer 16.0 cm.
