Prototype: Electric high-speed train set EC 250 as RABe 501 "Giruno" of the Swiss Federal Railways 
(SBB). 1 end car A (Bt1), 2nd class. 1 intermediate car F (B7), 2nd class, with disabled entrances 
and pantographs. 1 intermediate car G (WR6) with restaurant area. 1 intermediate car H (A5), 1st 
class, with disabled entrances and pantographs. 1 L (At2) end car, 1st class. Multi-system multiple 
unit. Replica of EC 151, with cross-border rail route: Frankfurt/Main - Freiburg - Basel - Zurich - 
Milano Centrale. Train number RABe 501 022, with coat of arms of the canton of Vaud. Operating 
condition around 2024.

Model: 5-piece basic set. Restaurant car G and the two intermediate cars F and H, arranged on the 
left and right, are permanently connected to each other via the Jakobs bogies. With mfx+ digital 
decoder and extensive sound and light functions. Controlled high-performance drive with flywheel 
centrally installed in the restaurant car. All 4 axles in both Jakobs bogies to the left and right 
of the restaurant car are driven by cardan. Traction tires. The driver's cabins on the end cars with 
interior equipment. Direction-dependent power supply via the respective front car. Guided tour on 
the Jakobs bogies. Three-light headlights and two red taillights, which change depending on the 
direction of travel, can be controlled digitally as conventional. Can be switched to a white 
taillight (switch to Swiss light). Other separately switchable light functions. Interior lighting 
installed as standard. Interior lighting is supplied via the continuous electrical connection to the 
entire train. In addition, the cabin and control panel lighting can each be controlled separately 
digitally. All lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The 
pantographs on the intermediate cars F and H can be raised and lowered separately as a digital
