Prototype: Class 249 (Vectron Dual Mode light) dual-mode locomotive of DB Cargo AG. From the Siemens 
Vectron product family. Road number 249 002. Factory condition May 2022.

Model: With mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency 
propulsion. 4 axles powered. Traction tires. Directional triple headlights and two red marker lights 
operate conventionally and can be digitally controlled. Headlights on locomotive ends 1 and 2 can be 
switched off separately. When the headlights are switched off on both ends, the double-A lights on 
both ends are activated. Cab lighting changes with the direction of travel and can be digitally 
controlled. Engine room lighting can be digitally controlled. High beams can be digitally controlled 
separately. Lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs. Attachable brake hoses and 
shunting couplers are included separately.
