Electric high-speed locomotive class E 19 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn (DRB 1937–1949).

In order to identify the class E 19 as an express train locomotive, they were initially delivered 
with burgundy livery. Due to World War II, the planned express service between Berlin and Munich was 
not operated. Instead, the engines were used for "normal" express train operations.
