With the ECoS ESU Command Station 50220 we are pleased to introduce you to the latest
generation of our successful ECoS digital center. ECoS offers you the most modern digital
technology and a number of functions that are unique in the model railway industry, which both (new) beginners
and "experts" looking for a new headquarters will not be disappointed.
Operating the device is child's play thanks to the large color display with touch panel and the
coordinated user interface: All symbols are large and clearly structured, information is displayed in
plain text in different languages.

The ECoS control center contains everything you need for digital system operation: You just
connect and get started.
What does an ECoS offer you?
With an ECoS center, you acquire an open system. It is designed for maximum openness and
compatibility with existing systems and
standards. As a multi-protocol center, ECoS supports the following data formats:

DCC with RailCom® and RailComPlus® (up to 9999 addresses, 128 speed levels, 32 functions)

Märklin® Motorola® (up to 255 addresses, up to 8 functions)

Selectrix® (operating and programming the decoders)

M4 (mfx®-compatible, with automatic locomotive detection)

ECoS is therefore the only digital center that offers all four common digital protocols.
This is important so that you can continue to use almost all existing locomotive decoders.

With ECoS, you can control switches and magnetic accessories: The graphic control panel gives you access to
up to 1200 switches (DCC or Motorola® format).

With ECoS allows you to create and trigger routes: Group several contacts and magnetic elements in the simplest, fully graphical way and switch them together.

With ECoS, you can control shuttle trains.

To connect external digital components, each ECoS is equipped with ECoSlink, our CAN-based high-speed system bus. Each ECoS center also has a network connection for connecting to a
computer.
Thanks to the booster integrated in the ECoS and the included power supply, you can get started
immediately! You don't need anything else!

Who is an ECoS suitable for?
Basically, an ECoS always “fits”: beginners looking for an easy-to-use control center will
find their way around immediately: the large graphic display with touch panel shows all information clearly
in plain text. Switching to digital has never been easier! ECoS is equally suitable for
DC and AC railways (provided a suitable decoder) and all gauges from N
to G.

Model railroaders looking for a new digital control center are also in the right place with ECoS:
In addition to the route control and shuttle train control, you will appreciate the easy operation of the device and the
extensive programming options for decoders.

You can connect your existing digital system (e.g. Märklin 6021®, Lenz Digital Plus®, ROCO®)
to the input of the ECoSniffer and continue to use it as a manual controller. It becomes more
practical if you want to switch from a Loconet® control center (e.g. Intellibox, Digitrax®) to ECoS:
The L.Net converter (optional) integrates these devices perfectly into ECoS.
