Model of DSB open freight wagon liter PFB, brown, originally built PF with handbrake and converted to PFB with traction air brakes in the 1940s Air brakes were introduced in Denmark with the German occupation in World War II, and a total of 399 PF wagons with handbrake were fitted with air brakes and approved for international traffic (T mark).
The wagons ran like this until they were so dilapidated in the early 1960s that the air brakes were removed and put on other wagons.
The model includes:
Metal undercarriage (diecast) and plastic upper part.
Spring-loaded buffers.
Metal wire handrails.
Etched hook for closing equipment.
Metal star wheel (0.8mm flange).
